Postcard Cash – How to make even more money
If you have read my Postcard Cash review you will know that I’m quite a fan of the product.
Mainly because of the fact that it takes me around 3 hours a week to run and the profits can be immense!
So for me, this is a system that I will be running long term and I will be using it to promote other products too.
However, there there have been some comments made on the site from people that aren’t so happy with the results they have been getting, both in terms of clicks and sales and when you’re spending £300 on a mailing it’s easy to understand why.
Anyway, over that last few weeks I have been running a few tests. One of which has resulted in even more sales and in this blog post I want to share with you what I have been doing so you can go ahead and try it out for yourself.
So if you’re not making sales then you should definitely try this. And if you are making sales then you will want to try this too as it will make your campaigns ever more profitable.
So what have I been doing?
Well, I have been sending my postcards out as normal. But instead of putting my affiliate link on the postcard which sends my visitor to the Postcard Cash sales page, I send them to www.postcard-cash.co.uk which is a different website that I own.
So to make it clear:
I DON’T send my visitor directly to the Postcard Cash website!!!
I know, this sounds a bit odd but there is a method in my madness.
Here’s the reason I don’t send my visitors directly to the sales page…
When you rent a mailing list you get just ONE use out of it. Use it any more without paying and your time in the direct marketing game is over. These lists are seeded with the list owners name and address and they will know if you’re using it without paying.
So if you send 300 people to the offer and they just leave the page without buying that’s it, they’re gone. You can’t mail them again because you rent the list for one use only. So unless you’re making sales off that traffic your money is being WASTED!
And here’s the thing…
…Marketing studies have revealed that on average a person needs to see something 7 times before making a purchase.
So the Postcard Cash system as it comes ‘out of the box’ is fundamentally flawed because we’re not able to capture the details of our visitors.
But by capturing the names and email addresses from the people that visit the sales page, we are able to market the Postcard Cash product to them as often as we want WITHOUT breaking any ‘You cant mail to this list more than once’ rules.
Marketing a product to a prospect more than once can have a dramatic affect on the amount of sales you make because you can build up a persons trust and talk them into a sale over a period of time.
You can’t do that if you use the system as it is.
But I have come up with a solution.
